American Truetzschler Card Clothing TCC has taken over the production facilities of John D. Hollingsworth on Wheels, Inc. in Greenville, SC. The deal includes all facilities, patents and copyrights and will allow Truetzschler to continue seamlessly with the Hollingsworth production program, adding to its existing production locations.
The sales and marketing team in the U.S. and American Truetzschler’s field service have been bolstered further by taking on specialists from the John D. Hollingsworth company.
As early as 2003, Truetzschler, Germany had already assumed control of all Hollingsworth’s activities outside the U.S. This included in particular the production units in Germany, Brazil, and Mexico, and various service stations. The company continued to produce and sell clothing from its headquarters in Greenville under the name of John D. Hollingsworth on Wheels, Inc.
Truetzschler Card Clothing TCC, which was founded in 2003, has since successfully established itself on all markets. With the introduction of new manufacturing processes with integrated in-process quality controls and the development of a global service network, TCC has been able to assume the position of technological leader in the field today.
The premium products NovoStar+, a metallic wire made of highly wear-resistant ball bearing steel and long-lasting NovoTop flat tops set the benchmark for today’s card clothing technology. The innovative Magnotop magnetic flats system is unique on the market.
TCC supplies a complete range of clothings for the spinning and nonwovens industries. Joint clothing development together with Truetzschler’s card specialists and Erko Truetzschler’s roller card specialists, and competent global service guarantee top-quality products for both sectors, even into the future.
